First, We Make the Beast Beautiful by Sarah Wilson manages to sum up my anxieties pretty damn well. Everyone's anxieties are their own and no experience will be the same but nevertheless I found myself saying time and time again throughout reading this book "oh my gosh, that's exactly how I feel!" I have no doubt that anyone with any type of anxiety will find something in this book that they can relate to.
